Directions
Your way to the OWI Science for Fuels
By car:
From Düsseldorf, Cologne or Belgium:
- At the intersection Aachen change to A4 in the direction of Antwerpen/ Heerlen (NL)
From the Netherlands
- Take A76/E314 in the direction of Vaals/ Kerkrade
- Continue on A4
Auf der Autobahn A4:
- Take exit 2-Aachen-Laurensberg and drive in the direction of Herzogenrath, Richterich
- Turn right at the traffic light in the direction of Herzogenrath (Kohlscheider Straße/L232)
- Follow the road about 3,5 km (Roermonder Straße/L232)
- At the second street after the Herzogenrath city boundary turn right onto Kaiserstraße. The vehicular access to the Technologie-Park Herzogenrath (TPH) is on the left-hand side after about 100m.

Parking space is available behind the building in front of the OWI offices in TPH II

By train:
From Aachen Hauptbahnhof to Kohlscheid:
- Regionalbahn RB in the directions of Heerlen, Duisburg oder Alsdorf Poststraße
- An about 5 minutes´ walk from the train station Kohlscheid to the TPH
- Turn left when leaving the train station and follow the street. At the DiY-store “Toom Baumarkt” turn right onto Roermonder Straße
- The TPH is on the left-hand side after about 500m
By bus:
From Aachen Bushof to Technologiepark Herzogenrath
- Bus line 34 in the direction of Kerkrade, Busstation
- Bus line 47 in the direction of Merkstein August-Schmidt-Platz
Departure every 15 or 30 minutes.
